245ZV(c)

Post by kirsru » Fri Aug 11, 2017 3:33 pm

hi,
we applied for my daughters tier 4 visa in priority. With in two days we received a refusal letter stating that it is refused under paragraph 245ZV(c) of immigration rules.
we produced a fixed deposit stating the maturity date but missed out on document that shows how long those funds were held.
please advise what should be our further action and whether requesting an administrative review will help . Plus, really tensed about the request of another CAS from the university for the fresh application if needed. Does anyone know how many times a uni can issue a CAS and under what grounds they can reject to provide with another CAS?
thank you.
waiting for your guidance

Sounds like your daughter's error not the entry clearance officer's error, so an AR would not succeed.

It's up to the university. Some charge a fee for a second CAS, some will only issue it if the student can show that the reason for the previous refusal has been corrected, some may have a limited supply so will not issue a new one at all. She needs to contact them and ask.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
