Overstayers marriage visa

Hello there!

I need help here I have overstayed in the uk for 2 years and then left voluntarily to my home country and now I'm living in france I'm holding residency card that is extendable and I can get permanent one after 5 years but my partner is from uk I want to get married with her over there can I apply for marriage vistor visa or does she has to come here get married and how long this gonna take after applying thankyou
