Does my dependent need a separate form from my application?

I just completed the PBS Tier 4 Visa application. When I booked the Biometric Enrolment Appointment, I see it is only for myself. Does my dependent have to submit a separate visa application and set up his own BEA? Or are we all done at this point? I'm a bit confused since the application asked for info on my dependent. I figured it was all done. Am I missing something?

Yes, each of the dependent need a separate online application.
Tier 4 dependent partner
Tier 4 dependent child
