Hi,

I am in UK on short term ICT staff migrant visa.It's valid from Jan 21 2017 to Jan 2018.
I got an offer from my client to work here and leave my current Indian company.
So, is it possible to go back to my country india and apply for Tire 2 General visa category ??
They are ready to pay more than 55K.
If not what are the possible by which I can come back without any 1 year cooling period.

You can apply immediately from home country only if your proposed salary was £159,600 pa or more
