hi
Really need your help. i am applying for spouse visa. but all of my income comes in cash. i work as controller/ phone operator in taxi office and to top up my income i work as taxi driver also. Basically half of my income is as controller and remaining half as taxi driver. i have all proofs of expenses, my business insurance, fuel, maintenance etc to prove my work as taxi driver . i get paid on daily basis in cash for my operator income and all my taxi earnings comes in cash also. I deposit full gross income from my both jobs in bank but my issue is that i didnt deposit all my income on regular basis. i deposited it randomly depending on whenever i went to town or was convenient for me . As an example if i went to bank after three days i'll pick all cash up that i have from work for last 3 days and deposit in bank . Again if i went to bank after 10 days then i'll deposit all the cash from last ten days in my account. as i am about to apply spouse via i have come across the paragraph below on financial requirements
it says "the gross amount of any cash income may be counted where the person’s specified bank statements show the deposit of the full net amount which relates to the gross amount shown on their payslips (or in the relevant specified evidence provided in addition to the specified bank statements in relation to non-employment income)".
i am bit worried as though i have daily wage slips from my company and also daily driver statement but my bank statements wont show the deposit of full net amount and it wont relate to gross income on my payment slips. Although the net amount on my bank statement will be sum of all the daily wages deposited on any random day in a week, fortnight or month. My question is how will this affect my application. please help me by giving your valuable advice as this is where i am really stuck with before submitting my case
