TIER4 DEPENDENT VISA, proof of accommodatio and relationship

Hello . I am a government sponsored student to have my PhD in the UK.I want to bring my husband and baby with me.

I have two questions for you:

1)- I will apply at the same time as my dependents , and I cannot provide a rent agreement prior to my travel. So how can I prove my accommodation for my visa application , especially when I am taking my baby. Is a hotel reservation enough for application?

2)- My husband and I are married for three years , and know each other for five years. However , we do not use social networks to communicate , so we do not have much to present. Also, in my country, there are no joint accounts or bills. Add to that, my husband has changed his phone number early this year , so the phone checks are not enough. All I have is a marriage certificate , and a loooot of pictures of all stages of our life together. Would that be enough?

Why do you need proof of your accommodation at all?

Enough for what? What part of the eligibility are you thinking of? Do you and your husband live separately or something?

1)- I think there's a section in the application form where I have to fill in the address where I will be staying in the UK. Am I right?

2)- We live together , with our child, I can provide certificates of residency to prove that we live in the same address, however , I do not have much proofs about our communication. and whenever I read about proof of relationship, I find ppl submitting copies of their communication in fb and viber....etc

No. It asks for a mailing address but for a Tier 4 applicant normally their only address is c/o their college or university.

That must be guidance for people who have been living separately, with the dependant spouse joining the main migrant after some months or years. For you, the proof of your relationship with your husband is your marriage certificate, plus the fact that you both have the same address and have a child. You do not need anything else, no family photos and especially no proof of communication through social media! What next? Recordings of you guys chatting over dinner or while cleaning your teeth?

I advise you use the Tier 4 guidance produced by your university or by UKCISA. You are getting strange and wrong information from somewhere. All the best with your applications.
