Delay in fee deduction

Good afternoon all

My application was received by the home office on 25th July 2017 for ROR. My fee still has not been deducted. I was informed by my solicitor as home office is facing delays due to excessive applications and are back logged . Just a bit worried and wanted to know if anyone else is also experiencing delays in fee deduction.
