Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT Visa, expiring in Feb 2018. My Wife is on Tier 2 general VISA expiring in Mar 2020. We have a 3+ year old kid ( May 2014 born). Our Visa mention no recourse to public funds.

Please help us understanding new 30 hours childcare hours. Are we eligible for same?

> And earning more than 120 pounds per week
> Our salary is less than 100K pounds individually
