Switching to Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa from FLR Application

Post by ashiqkoyisseri » Tue Aug 15, 2017 2:06 am

Hi

I am an MBA graduate and my student visa has expired in February 2017. I applied for FLR before my visa expired and its decision has not come yet. Now, I am looking forward to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneurship Visa. I would like to know whether it is possible for me to apply for Entrepreneurship Visa when i am already on an FLR application.

Thank you

Yes, you can vary your application before a decision is made.

Thank you so much for the reply. I am looking for the evidence of fund from abroad (UAE) and it is sponsored by a firm in the UAE and the company's bank statement along with its director's letter. Would like to know whether the sponsor should be a person or is that okay if it is done by a company? I would appreciate if you could give more details about funding when it is done by a sponsor.

Thank you.

Read the guidelines.
Look for the section on third party funding. The requirements are set out quite clearly.
