Tax Credit Over payment will it affect ILR

I am British National have two kids they are British National as well but my wife is on PBS Dependent visa and going to apply for ILR in October but we have been over paid in tax credit i have set up a price plan with HMRC will this will effect her ILR

If the tax credit is not only paid under her name, then there should not be a problem

Thank you very much for your answer zimba88 we have a joint tax credit and its include my name and her name along with the kids should i mention this on the covering letter or in the form that i was claiming tax credit or no need
