Absence for Tier 2 Wife/Child When Applying for ILR

Post by layla1910 » Tue Aug 15, 2017 9:09 pm

Hi

Is there a maximum number of days of absence from the UK for the wife or child of a person who has already obtained ILR through the Tier 2 route, when they later apply independently for ILR.

In other words, does the maximum 180 days/12month rule apply to them? Do they have to declare all absences and explain the reason for each ?

Thanks

Absence don't affect dependents.
