Salary Requirement for a working european to sponser non EEA

HI All Gurus,

My wife is an EU national. Working with a company on a 10 hours contract. My question is: Is she is exercising her treaty rights or she has to earn a certain amount to sponsor me (Non- EEA).

This is £150 a week – equivalent to working 24 hours a week at National Minimum Wage. "
