Visitor Visa for Fiance

Hello Everyone,

I'm on Tier-2 and I live in the UK for 2 years. I'm engaged and my fiance lives in Egypt (my home country too). She wants to apply for a standard visitor visa to come to the UK for around 1 week to spend a holiday together.

My question is "Is there a possibility her standard Visa application can be rejected?" Given that she is 29 and she didn't travel anywhere before and didn't issue any other Visa but she if full time employed in Egypt.

She will need to submit strong evidence of ties to her home country, including financial self-sufficiency in order to convince the ECO that she won't overstay in the UK.
