I need some advice please

Post by 2017Freedom » Wed Aug 16, 2017 4:10 pm

I got granted ILR recently but my wife it's on DLR - It states on her DLR that she has to spend at least 120 months on DLR before applying fro ILR - She's only been on DLR for 2 years and we have been married for more than 4 years now - Is there any other option (quicker ) which we could apply since her visa will be due for renewal soon ,

Many Thanks

FLR(M) might be an option for you. This will provide a 5-year route to ILR. However, the 5-year period will be calculated from the date your partner receives the FLR(M) status. Happy to be corrected.
