Hi all,
So I am applying for Tier 2 General leave to remain, the company that sponsor me completed the draft application form with an assumption that I have never be rejected a visa for any country other than UK. Unfortunately, I have. I was rejected by Germany for a tourist visa in May 2007 (technically more than 10 years ago), with no specific reason and I was just a teenager at the time who was still using child passport; so the company suggested me to ignore the incident since it's more than 10 years.
However, I could not see any evidence for the "more than 10 years so I don't need to declare", in the incomplete application pdf file I can see the question is "Have you even been refused a visa for any country other than the UK"?
Should I declare the incident?
Many thanks
