Help Health surcharge for dependents

hi all helpers
i got my tier 1 entrepreneur extension for 2 years.i am now registering my 2 child dependents, when i try to pay health surcharge, it is asking me to pay £1800 as it is also including me in application. anyone can help me in paying IHS for my 2 dependents only. any web link will be highly appreciated.
