TB Test URGENT

Hi, I am applying my Tier 4 Visa in Hong Kong for my master degree. On the requirement page, it stated that 'people who have lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months.' do not require TB test.

I previously owned a Tier 4 Visa for my undergraduate study in UK for 3 years and I haven't left UK for 6 months yet. Do I still need a TB test?

As it says you are not required to do but i have seen one on this forum who was refused visa coz of no tb test even tho he had been to uk so to be on safe side do it.
