mistake in visa application

I have applied for a tier 5 government authorized exchange visa as i have CoS certificate. I have made a few mistakes and have submitted the online application with required fees as i was short on time. Mistakes are mentioned below
1. I forgot to fill points that i have as per their criteria a and left that empty
2. It was asking for sponsorship number; there were 2 numbers on the certificate one was sponsorship license number while another one was certificate number, i entered certificate number in sponsorship number. Whether this is what they were asking or not i am not really sure but i will be submitting this certificate with them soon.
3. Last point where i need guidance is regarding previous passports; as i have lost one passport of my 6 year old son and i have mentioned as "lost". Should i take a police report or photocopy of that passport or nothing as it was already an expired one.
Kindly respond as soon as possible as i am really worried a lot about these things. What could be outcome for my application.
