Hi Seniors,

Just recently I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension with my team member 50k rout. Just I noticed my accountant prepare letter of investment I need to confirm that are we claiming 20 points for investment according to following schedule...

TOTAL DIRECT INVESTMENT_______________________ 155,625.00

Indirect Investment since Incorporation______________ 53,901.59
(by way of payment of company expenses, etc)

TOTAL INVESTMENT _____________________________ 209526.59

Directors withdrawals since incorporation -126,131.53

NET INVESTMENT IN THE COMPANY AS AT 30/06/2017 83,395.00

Yes, indirect investment is acceptable.
But you have exceed the 50K with Direct investment anyway, so it should really not matter.
Has the business had sales ?

Though I am not sure why you ever needed an investment letter. And even if your accountant gave it to you, why did you submit it ?
