Booking a premium service appointment

Post by Girlfrommars111 » Mon Aug 21, 2017 8:23 am

Hello,

This forum is really helpful - this is my first post and it's really basic (I think!). My husband is on the 5 year route and his initial 2.5 years is up in late October. We have all the documentation and I've printed the application form which we are starting to go through but my question is really simple - how do I book a premium service appointment?

It says it's through the online application process - so do I need to complete an online application? My vague memory from last time was we completed something short online and then the full application on paper. Is that right? Where do I do it?

Any links or advice would be much appreciated. I am keen to get the appointment booked for sometime within the 28 days prior to his visa expiring soon so we can plan for that date.

Many thanks

Caroline

You can, providing your case isn't considered as 'complex'.
