I don't know if this fits here but I'm on a tier2 visa for the last 3 years, and my wallet including PAN card was stolen sometime last year. I would like to apply for a replacement one via the website, but it asks for a local mobile number which I don't have. Is it ok to provide a different mobile number on their form? What's the easiest way to apply for a PAN replacement? Will it be sent to me in the UK? I have an Aadhar as proof. how long will it take?
