Naturalisation Application Advice

Dear All,
I am due to make BC application, I got arrested last month followed by no further action and there as no caution, warning or charge. Before I apply for BC I received report showing my arrest on the record. My question is am I bound to mention arrest on my BC application? or if i don't mention can it go against me? Please advise with reference to good character requirements.
