Round trip to India and back on Tier 4 Student Visa

I am going to UK on Tier 4 student visa on 10th September. My visa validity is for 15 months, starting from September 2017. I am planning to attend a conference in India around Mid November. Does my Visa allow me to travel to my home country(India) and back to UK? Does it require any additional procedure?

Yes, as long as your studies have not yet finished.

Any time you re-enter the UK during the validity of your visa it is reasonable for the Border Force Officer to check that you still meet the requirements of the visa. Evidence that your studies are ongoing is normally sufficient.
