Section 3C and Tier4 Student Visa

Hello,

I'm just wondering that under section 3C my condition stays the same, on my student visa it states that I can only work 20hours during term time but I have recently graduated, are my working hours still restricted by this condition?

As you have graduated, your term time is over. The 20 hours restriction does not apply to you any more (until your visa expiry date that is).

Remember there under Tier 4 are are still restrictions on the types of work you can do, even though there is no restriction on the number of hours.

Hmm this is all very confusing, I'm just doing full-time at McDonald's at the moment and I recently graduated from a BSc (Hons) degree. Will it be okay? Thanks

Why confusing? It is the same Tier 4 work conditions you have always had, nothing new.
