Parent EU1 appeal refused new file or JR

Hi, My mother RC application is refused on 13/07/2017, I submit a EU4 review form after 3 days I receive 10 month stamp 4 letter. I took DNA test to prove she is my mother, that is there objection mention in refusal letter. DNA test will come in one week and I will forward it to them. I like to ask what is the timeframe of review, do we need to wait 10 more month. did anyone get 10 months stamp4 on review before.

5(2) allegation was made, explanation of appeal refusal said, I sent 700 euro in last 9 months through western union with 7 transaction from ireland and UK. she is not dependent enough on me. I sent 1.5 year from 2014-16 year bank statement from pakistan after appeal refusal today, but I think nw they close my file, and will not consider it. can anyone tell me what to do next. Go for new file, make more remittance slip during that 9 month prior to state. or take Judicial review. Cost for judicial review If anyone have idea, what is the chance of winning judicial review in ireland. any advice highly appreciated.

The Irish Judicial system is most reliable . Try the review first.

Judicial review is different from the minister's review. You have to complete the internal department review
before you can do the other one.

they write in refusal, your file is now closed, no further action will be taken. they sent my mother file to removal unit. can you tell me do i need to request for ministrial review, they donot give me right of appeal as well. can i apply new file how much time I have before they send the letter of removal.

Such removal carries a right of review. Strange that you were not make aware of it.

The OP did do a minister review.

The review was rejected because OP sent only 700 Euros in 9 months to her mother. Minister believes that she isn't fully dependent on him and hence doesn't qualify as a family member of EU Citizen.

Obie- what do you suggest in this case? Should OP put a new file and explain everything? He was living with his mother prior to that 9 month period in Pakistan and worked there. OP got an offer for PhD, came to Ireland and sent 700 Euros to her mother in 9 months. Her mother got visit visa to UK and came to ireland.

The alternative option is to put a JR.

What should be suitable way ?

It might be helpful to refer to the EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (FREE MOVEMENT OF PERSONS) REGULATIONS 2015. Regulation 20-21 and schedule 9.
