NHS FOR OVERSTAYERS

Post by kjaquez1 » Thu Aug 24, 2017 10:46 am

Hello,

Forgive me If I have posted in the wrong thread, I have been here in the UK since 2008. I came here legally through orders from the USAF. I got married whilst still in the Air Force and under SOFA agreement in 2010. I applied successfully for FLR M twice since 2011 and in 2016 as I didn't realise the £300 hike in price I am now an overstayer. I have to report to the police monthly and have been given a year of reporting dates while they process my claim. The reason I'm not being deported is due to human rights concerns as I have been in my children's lives all their lives, one of which is autistic. I need to make sure that I can visit my GP as I have a lesion on my neck I would like to get looked at. Am I out of luck?

No NHS for free. Request a bill from your GP.

Also how are you not eligible for ILR in 2013 if you applied for FLR(M) in 2011??
