2nd Nikah before getting decree absolute from first wife

Can anyone guide me plz regarding said issue,which type of visa should apply from pakistan if 2nd marriage was done before decree absolute from first wife.previously visa was refused due to embassy did not accepted bare talak in (azad kashmir) .

You were legally married to your first spouse until you have received your decree absolute. Therefore you cannot legally marry prior to receiving your decree absolute.

For reference: Overseas Divorce Decrees in Pakistan..Recognised in UK. The article also covers divorce law in Azad Kashmir, which apparently still allows bare/triple talaq.

As an aside, after this week's judgment by the Indian Supreme Court ruling triple talaq unconstitutional in India, Azad Kashmir is likely the only legal jurisdiction in South Asia that still allows it.

I suggest that you do as others have done in a similar situation and apply for a fiance visa and marry in the UK within 6 months.

After you are married (and before the fiance visa expires) she will have to submit a FLR(M) application from within the UK, which will grant her an initial 2.5 year visa as your spouse.

Thx all for replying but situatoon is we have a 2years old daughter also,so if we apply for fiance visa ,would not it be a touble for her visa aslo .coz my hubby is british other than by decent,mean his not british by birth and his ather has transfered nationality to him so he can not transferred it to his children.

One more thing i would like to ask that ,our marrigae is registered in punjab,can not we registerd it in azad kashmir again after the date of absolute and then apply for apouse visa ,as my hubby is from azad kashmir and i am from punjab pakistan.,,,plz help us
