Employment - post extention

Good Evening all,

How many jobs we have to maintain after extension?
I have one full time employee at the moment, would this be enough to score for indefinite leave if she stays for 24 months?

only if you entered prior to APR 6 2014 (unless you got a very fast extension it is likely)

Now u can apply for ILR 5 years from entry which will be before another 24 months from now

so if you hire someone else you can apply earlier

I would not reccomend hiring someone just for a few month earlier ILR rather do what is best for your business

I'd got my visa in Feb-2014 so I fall in Prior to Apr-2014 Category
So do I have to create 2 separate employment or can carry with only 1 for 24 months?>

one for 24 months.

The point I was trying to make is that you can apply for ILR in FEB 2019, but at that point you will not have yet fulfilled employment if you rely on one for 24 months
