EEA FP & EEA Dependant stamp

I still, don't have an official answer from UKVI related to my application, since 26th Juni. BUT I know is refused. I entered the UK with "EEA Dependant stamp" and very kind border officer tells me about the outcome. I am very curious from what a stuff ECO-Genius are not satisfied. Border officer was very surprised by the ECO decision after showing him the copies of the documents that were attached to the application. Unfortunately, I was very tired after 4 hours waiting on the border and from all this, I forgot to ask about copies of the decision. Should I still writing to UKVI and require the answer? Or leave this mess? Perhaps ECO will be angry if he learns I'm in the UK and refuse my application was ineffective... They unable to answer you of status your application because is not straightforward or other silly answers but able send the decision to border office in seconds...
