Visit visa for cousin

Hi all

Wanted to know if my case stands any chance.

I and my sister want to sponsor my cousin (female) from Pakistan she is 24 and full time student. My sister is providing full acomadation while I will be her financial support. My sister is British and I have residence card.
My sister will be attaching her tenancy agreement and her utility bill. I will be attaching my bank statements and pay slips and tax returns as i am self employed.

My cousin will be providing her student letter from college that her course will start in October and her exams are in December and she has to sit in them. She will also attach her bank statement but the current balance is around £500. She will also attach property papers which is under her mother's name and her mother is living in that property for more then 30 years and all the utilities bills for 6 months.

I want her to have this trip as a thank you as they accomadated my last 2 trips to Pakistan and were very generous. Please let me know if these will be enough to show strong ties. She will be coming for 15 days max and returning.
