However, You need to make sure you include all those pieces of evidence that were not included the last time like evidence of money transfers, your payslips, her financial circumstances etc. I concur with the Judge that you needed to have presented up-to-date financial remittances to your mum showing her dependency at the time of hearing... It is only logical as he has refused based on that. If you stopped making regular remittances from the date the appeal was filed to appeal hearing then it gonna be more difficult to prove.
