Moving to new bank- issues at next application stage?

I am thinking of moving my business bank account to a different bank due to a number of key reasons, and was wondering if at the extension stage I am likely to be asked for any bank statements and letters to support any evidence at the initial application stage or the extension application stage? I do have most bank statements, but if I am likely to be asked for documents to support old transactions, then I will put off the process until later.

Should be no problem. Look through the guidelines and ensure that you have the minimum asked for there (investment transfers, for example).

And anyway, your old Bank will have to provide you with any documents, if needed. They may charge you for it, but I don't think moving away makes a difference in what you can get and what you can't.

My current bank told me that they will not be able to offer statements, letters, etc once I move my account elsewhere.

My advise is to obtain all bank statements before to go with new bank.
