Dear member!!

A Pakistani husband married to UK national in Pakistan. Husband has attested marriage certificate issued in Pakistan and the marriage certificate is attested from foreign office. Pakistani national is having a work permit of Portugal. Can both Pakistani travel and European wife travel to Ireland from Portugal together without Irish visit visa?

Unless you have a residence card issued by a member state that specifically states that you are the family member of an EEA citizen, you need a visa. A work permit from Portugal will not allow you to negate this requirement.
