Please help with advice I’m Uk citizen my husband apply for ILR after DLR (6 years) on 25 of July we send our passports and marriage certificate to HO we need get my and husband passport and marriage certificate back as we need to get notarized power of attorney. We understand that after we has this document done we can send my husband passport and back marriage certificate back. But I need my British passport to travel as my mum due for operation.
Do I need to send my passport to HO in order to my husband application go ahead or I can ask Notary do apostil my passport and send copy to HO? Also would it delay my husband case?PLEASE PLEASE HELP
