New Asylum seeker and getting Spouse visa

Post by zh777 » Wed Aug 30, 2017 3:17 pm

Hello guys,

Good afternoon. I need your advice as mentioned below;

I have been granted leave to remain in accordance with the published Home Office Asylum Policy Instruction on Discretionary Leave. Firstly I have been granted DLR visa from Nov 2011 to Nov. 2014 and then further extended until June 2018. I am from Afghanistan and my wife is Pakistani. We got married in Pakistan in Jan. 2014.

My spouse had applied for an entry clearance under the category "Family Reunion to the United Kingdom" from Pakistan and her application had been considered and refused under paragraph 352A.

I have regular employment and earning around £20,000 per annum. My spouse has obtained English qualification. Now I want to apply for my spouse for a spouse visa. What application form I can fill for her so that she can join me in the UK.

I await your response, please.

Thanks
