Premium Service - same day or next day BRP

Hi all,

My visa is expiring soon. 12th Sept. I am going to apply for premium service next week to extend my tier 2 ICT long term visa. I have read and understood from this form that it takes 7 to 10 working days to get the BRP. And I also figured out the couriers can delay it sometimes.

Because I also have to travel to India to see my new born. I am trying to understand
1. if there is a way to fasttrack the BRP collection.

2. The premium service will give us a decision on the same day. In of approval would I get any temporary visa from home office which I can use to make my visit to India.

No. Its standard time. It can take more than 10 working days.

2. The premium service will give us a decision on the same day. In of approval would I get any temporary visa from home office which I can use to make my visit to India.

Its not gaurantee to get same day decision. There have been cases due to any compexity they will take more time. If approve you will get only letter. But you are not supposed to travel without BRP
