Urgent advice required

I applied the Tier-1 entreprenaur visa which was then refused as a invalid apolication because of the applucation fees and overstay.After that I applied Judicial review and I lost the case.After the invalid application I received a letter from CAPTA/Home office for reporting every month.Later I applied for the court of appeal and I lost the case last month.Now I am due to next reporting.Presently I don't have any application with the Home office.I want to drop a case on my child in January(on 5 years stateless basis).My question is what are the consequences from the reporting centre.I never miss reporting until now.I didn't include my child information in the previous application.One more thing My passport was expired and with the Home office only.So at the reporting centre they took my details and child information with the signature(finger prints)nearly 6 months ago.Thank you for your advice.
