ILR application fee

I had a quick question.

How many of you are using your business bank account to pay for your ILR application and legal fees?

It seems to me that this is a business expense, because without it I cannot run my business in the UK.

This has nothing to do with immigration.

In my opinion, it is a valid business expense and I have reimbursed myself for it - but it is up to HMRC and not UKVI and/or HO to decide.
