Driving Conviction - Non EEA family Member

Hi.

I have a question, I am due to apply for my PR on the basis 5 years residency under eea law, my mrs already got PR so as my son, its august 2017. my question is I've got driving conviction back in 2010, does that gonna affect my PR application? please help.

Driving convictions would not affect your chances of applying for PR...
This link gives you some examples but they are related to criminal convictions not for offences... In addition if you don't have a Criminal record because an offence is not the same as a crime, therefore I should not worry about it.
