Flr-fp 7 yr old child dismissed by ftt

Hi to all. I need help and insight. Me and my daughter file for further leave to remain based on article 8 ( 7 yr old child). It was refused by HO and dismissed by the FTT last august 22, 2017. I filed for single mother. My daughter is 9 yrs old now. She has crohns disease. Solicitor said we have to file permission to appeal to UT from FTT first. My questions are:

1. What is the timeline for filing the permission to appeal to FTT (whether granted or refused)
2. What is the timeline for filing the permission to appeal directly to UT (whether granted or refused
3. If still refused, what will be my next move?

Solicitor said we can file British citizenship for my daughter when 10 yrs old, just want to ask how to buy some time in order make sure she can reach 10. I'm so worried and stressed that we might be deported.

Is the father a settled person and has contact with the child?

Where was the child born? What is the immigration status of the child's father? FLR(FP) requires that it is unreasonable for the child to leave the UK. Why is it unreasonable?
