Urgent - Company Accounts - Settlement Visa

Hello Guys,

I hold a UK passport and I am a director of the Ltd Company and got married in April 2017 and I am in the process of applying visa for my wife who is based out in Chennai.
Clarifications needed on below.
Application expected filling Date - October 2017.

1) I got married in April 2017 and planning to launch my application by October 2017 and would there be any problem if I apply by October 2017 as it's been six months after marriage.
2) Visa Application Forms to be filled & Corresponding Guidance Notes.
3) Required Documents as a sponsor( Director ltd Company).
4) Do we have a Priority Visa process for spouse.
5) Any ideas which visa would speed up Spouse Visa or Tourist Visa.

I am planning to launch the application by October 2nd week and my company tax return runs from Oct 2016 to September 2017.

In my case if I submit the pay slip for the period Oct 2016 to September 2017 would that be sufficient.

Guys,

I am planning to apply for the settlement Visa for my wife from Chennai and I am classified as a Director of a Ltd Company I have query regarding the Pay slips and Dividend Vouchers for the Past 12 Months.

The 12 months period is it corresponding to my company Tax period or the Financial Year( April 2016 - April 2017 ).
And My company Tax years falls from October 2016 - September 2017.

In my case if I submit the pay slip for the period Oct 2016 to September 2017 would that be sufficient or I have to produce from April 16 - April 2017 Financial year..

The reason being my company tax return falls in two financial year.

I have some issues with pay slip and asked my accountant to change the pay slip for that he said he needs to modify the company accounts which have been already submitted through Early year update so my question will there be any issues if we modify through Early year update to reflect changes and to get the pay slips.
