Request documents back

Hi,

I recently sent a request using the online tool for the request of my documents back, I made the request using my maiden name due to all correspondence to date from ukvi has been in maiden name but application was made in my married name. Should I be resubmitting my request in my married name or will they be able to track my documents with the information provide?

Any help would be much appreciated.
