Known by other names?

Hey guys,

My wife is going to apply for her Tier 2 extension, they have recently changed the application. Previously they used to ask if you are known by any other names, so my wife used to say No to that. But this time the application says if you are now or ever known by any other names? She has her old passport that has her name before getting married but that was before 2004.

So how to answer that? should we mention Yes to that? if yes then what documents do we need to submit? Marriage certificate? ANything else?

As long as you have her updated passport it should be fine and submit marriage certificate along with application
