I got married to an EEA national who lives permanently in the UK on 20/02/2014 and I came to the UK on 01/06/2016 to live in the UK so we have been married for over 3 years and I live more than a year in the UK
We are soon getting divorce and I would like to apply to retain my saty with my 3 children aged 16-9-7
My question is I work pat time 24 hours a week and I rearned £850 after deductions will this be considered by the home office? Or I must be working full time without getting any support from the system

24 hour is ok for work the work requirement is genuine and effective not managerial....

Do you pay Class 1 (compulsory) National Insurance contributions on your salary? That is the threshold that the Home Office generally uses to decide whether to investigate further.

Same mode of application as for all other EEA Residence Cards.
