Hi,
In need advice please if someone can please help me .
I am an overstayer and have an flr fp application pending.based on my partner who is British and so is my child. I go for reporting every 4 week.
For some reasons I am primary carer to my child because my wife cannot be due to social services involvement.
Today when i went for reporting I had my daughter with me in the pram and she was playing with car keys. The man behind the window looked at the keys and asked me who's are those car keys and I said mine.he said to me you know you are not allowed to drive as you have no visa and I should immediately stop it .i said can you write it down for Me so I can take it as a decision. He said I can't ask for everything written.
He came across very rude and loud saying he knows I can't drive and he is doing his job.
He could tell me from his computer that what car I am driving.he asked for my licence and I said I don't have it with me atm.he asked me to bring it inn next time so he can look at it.
My wife has a learning disability and have no driving licence and I only drive my family any where we need to go .
Also she has weekly contact with her child from a previous marriage and I and my daughter also attend contact with her but once a month.
I have to drive her hospital every time she or my daughter have an appointment and we can't afford taxis because I am not allowed to work and we have very limited income.
Can someone please advise what I should do about it ?

If you are an overstayer I believe your licence will have been revoked by the DVLA. You should check it online.
In addition you are probably not insured to drive either - what happens if you have an accident or worse?

Licence is not revoked at least till now because I checked it.

Hi ,
As you know from my other posts i have applied for flr fp and waiting for decision and I am reporting to home office every 4 weeks.
Due to my spouse incapacity to look after children and her disability I am the primary carer to my child who is British citizen.its all evidenced by health and social care departments and home office is aware of my circumstances.
I am looking to challenge home office decision to issue me IS96 and requiring me to report to them and also staff at reporting centre threatening me to revoke my driving licence etc.
I have given all the details with documents and my point of view to a local immigration solicitor who is looking into it and will revert in few days.
What does seniors think about it ?
Do you thinkni have a point ?
Does zombrano principle applies to me ?
Thanks in advance any replies
