calling parents

Hi
I am on Tier 4 visa with and my husband is on dependent visa.
I need to know that what all documents would be required to call my parents to visit me as I 33 weeks pregnant.
I want my Mum to visit me during my delivery.

And is the sponsorship letter should be written by my Husband or by me ?
