English Language Requirement for 2nd Tier-1 Entpr Extension

Hi all
I am going to apply for 2nd Tier-1 Entrepreneur Extension as due to my absences from UK ,my eligibility for ILR is not due till May next year & my current extension expires in Dec 2017.

I successfully met English Language requirement in my initial & subsequent extension by providing degree which was taught in English. My query is that do I still have to provide the proof of meeting this requirement by taking appropriate test or applying to NARIC or don't have to provide any evidence & points will be awarded as per below guidance.

You can also meet the English language requirement, without the need to provide evidence, if you were last given permission to stay in the UK:
 under Tier 1 (General), Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and are applying for an extension of leave to remain

At Section 4 Part P of your application (06/17) you need to check the box for "Evidence previously submitted/considered to automatically meet" and straight go to section Q which is maintenance requirement.
