Tier 2 APplication refuse due to salaery

Post by jaymin123 » Mon Sep 04, 2017 4:13 pm

Hi, Need urgent help.

Tire 2 application got refuse not enough salary, as per SOC i have to show £32,800 per year, which I showed.

But in Cos i mention 40 per week, and they required 39 hours per week for this salary. Still my visa is valid for next two week, let me know what Can i do, reapply or go for review.

if I reapply then how I get another COS as my sponsher already used there 1 COS (which we got refusal)

If you're working 40 hours per week, then your employer needs to increase your salary to match the minimum required salary. It appears you might need about £34000.

If the 40 hours stated in your old application was a mistake, then your sponsor will need to issue a new CoS with the correct number hours presumably less than or equal to 39 hours and also give a cover letter to state that there was a mistake in the last cos they issued.

In any case, your sponsor will need to apply for additional cos as soon as possible. They might need to pay for premium service so they can get the CoS in few days and then you can submit another application before your current visa expires.
