Tier 2 General: traveling without BRP?

Hi all,

I've waited for 10 days but have yet to get my biometrics. So I've contacted ukba using www.gov.uk/brp

And had been told that the brp had been delivered by DX and signed by my name on 24 Aug. There's no one in my flat on the 24 Aug and I've confirmed it multiple times.

Do anyone face similar issue before?

I've got my flights to Europe tour in 13 days time. I'm only touring for 9 days.

Not sure what I should do, or should I travel as I can't cancel all my bookings now

you should not travel without your brp as u would face problem getting on the flight back and returning into the uk
