You only have to register a company or register yourself as self-employed with HMRC within 6 months - what prevents you from doing either ?

You can change your business. There is no need to inform HO or do anything else.

The guidance does say
"97. We recognise that, as an entrepreneur, you may have moved on to other activities ...."

This is in relation to investment but I don't think the HO requires you to stick to your original business plan that was submitted.

They may ask during the extension time, but you have good business reasons for changing your plans and they can't reject the extension purely because you changed your business.

Did you register as self employed or register a company?

As mentioned you may absolutely change the company you first got your visa with.

During extension explain the reasons and rationale in the covering letter. Of course start an alternative genuine business and do a good job and you will be fine. good luck

The decision to close or open companies depends entirely on your business. It has no impact on immigration. Your visa extension only requires you to have registered within 6 months and again within 3 months of your extension

I don't understand the question.

You opened a company within 6 months - so you have already met the requirement of having been in business within 6 months of your arrival. Nothing you do changes that. That is done and you have the documents to meet that requirement.

Ok i will explain to u ...
When i regester the company in the six month and signed the franchise contract ..so the company that i opened will take this franchise so i cant use the same nam of my company to make another busines ..so i have to open new company to make different busines ..
And if i want to change the career now i have to open new company with new nam but now the six month pass away so the new company will be opend after the six month ..

Or it is alright if i regesterd one in within the six month and regester another one after that

Yes, it is ok. You don't have to have the same company throughout your Visa. You can have a different company every month if you want and you are still ok for the points for Visa renewal

Again, you visa has no restrictions on how you want to do your business. Please read the guidance. You can join or take over another business.

The evidence you need is slightly different and more strict since you have to show that your involvement helped to increase the business. Also, your money needs to be invested INTO the business - so if you pay existing business owner that is not counted towards your investment evidence
